My equipment consists of several things : yoga mat Nike ( bought in Delhi for 40 $, like it very much), lap robe or blunket folded with great care ( matches the same grey color with the mat), couple of books for my left knee support ( sorry, books, for inappropriate usage) and the watches to check how long I had been sitting.
Ugly old linoleum serves as the shabby background.
